Your appointments are very important to me at Sublime Hair Studio, they are reserved especially for you. I understand that situations come up, and adjustments need to be made, therefore I ask for a 48hr cancelation notice.

 

Please understand that when you cancel after a 48hr notice, I miss that opportunity to fill that time spot. any appointments without a 48 hr. cancelation notice will result in a 50% of the reserved service amount. A no show will result in a 75% fee of the service scheduled.

Life happens, I completely understand, and I understand that sickness presents itself sometimes without notice, so I ask that you stay home if you are not feeling well, and I will take that into consideration.
